Your knowledge, standing memory: policies, product facts, decisions, playbooks — curated by whoever you choose, recalled into every AI conversation your people have.
ONE SOURCE OF TRUTH. EVERY CONVERSATION.
[ HIVEMIND FOR TEAMS ]
Your people already use AI. Each assistant starts every conversation knowing nothing about your company. Hivemind gives them all one shared memory — your knowledge, in every AI conversation, automatically.
YOUR ENGINEER'S AI DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SUPPORT'S AI LEARNED THIS MORNING.
EVERYTHING YOUR PEOPLE TEACH THEIR AI LEAVES WHEN THEY DO.
THAT ISN'T A KNOWLEDGE BASE.
THAT'S AMNESIA ON A SUBSCRIPTION.
Nobody at your company calls an API. One engineer connects the assistants you already run — internal bots, IDE agents, support desks, anything that can make an HTTP call — to a shared Hivemind workspace. That's an afternoon of work, not a project. From then on, every assistant recalls from the same memory before every answer, and writes what it learns back for the rest.
Your knowledge, standing memory: policies, product facts, decisions, playbooks — curated by whoever you choose, recalled into every AI conversation your people have.
ONE SOURCE OF TRUTH. EVERY CONVERSATION.
What any worker's assistant learns today, every worker's assistant knows tomorrow. The customer's history, the decision from Tuesday's incident, the fix that worked — institutional knowledge that accumulates instead of evaporating.
NOBODY RE-EXPLAINS THE COMPANY TWICE.
Every memory lives in a database you own — not ours. Read it, audit it, export it, delete it. Revoke a key and that assistant's access dies on the spot; the knowledge it contributed stays.
CUSTODY IS THE FEATURE.
Every recall and every write is receipted: what was retrieved, for which agent, into which conversation. When an assistant answers with company knowledge, you can see exactly which memories it was given. No black box between your data and your people's AI.
Pricing is one subscription for the whole workspace — $—/month plus metered usage, no per-seat billing, as many assistants as you connect. The numbers are on the front page.
Anything that can make an HTTP call: internal bots, IDE agents, support-desk AI, agent frameworks, custom tools. If the assistant can call an API or run a tool, it can join the workspace. Consumer chat apps that can't make outbound calls can't — this is for the AI your company runs, not the one in a browser tab.
In a Qdrant database you own — self-hosted on your own infrastructure, or your own Qdrant Cloud account. Hivemind compiles and routes context; it doesn't warehouse your knowledge. If you ever cancel, your data doesn't need returning. It never left.
Revoke their key in the dashboard and that access dies immediately. Everything their assistant contributed to the shared memory stays — the knowledge belongs to the workspace, not the key.
Nothing per person. One subscription covers the workspace and every assistant you connect; usage is metered on compiled tokens, with a monthly allowance included. No seat pricing, ever — the whole point is more of your people's AI sharing the mind, not a bill that punishes it.
A workspace's memory is shared by design — that's the product. When you need hard separation (client engagements, HR, legal), create separate projects: each project's memory is fully isolated from the others, under the same subscription.
They'll need the docs and an afternoon. Your assistants remember by tomorrow.
